At TuffWraps, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're facing any trouble with your TUFF gear, we’re here to help. Should your gear be defective, rest assured that we’ll make it right.

Our Guarantee

We take pride in the quality and durability of our products. That's why we fully guarantee our products to the original owner against material defects for six (6) months from the original purchase date when purchased from an authorized TUFF dealer.

If you suspect your TUFF product has a defect, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue so you can get back to your training routine. You'll need a copy of your original receipt to verify your purchase from an authorized TUFF dealer. In case you don’t have your receipt, the manufactured date will be used as the start of the warranty period, and verification of your purchase from an authorized TUFF dealer will be required.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is comprehensive, but there are some limitations:

  • Excluded Damage: The warranty does not cover damage or wear on the front of the product, such as bar scraping on sleeves causing tears, or material fraying on wrist wraps due to Velcro contact.
  • Cleaning Guidelines: Using a washing machine, dryer, or any chemical other than dish soap and baking soda to clean your gear or apparel will void the warranty.
  • Retailer Purchases: If your item was purchased from a retailer or through Amazon, please contact us at info@tuffwraps.com for assistance.
