How to Make an Exchange or Return

Returning or exchanging our products is easy!

1. Head on over to TuffWraps Exchange & Returns page and fill out the online form top begin your exchange/return.

 

2.  When making an exchange please choose 'Exchange for new item or refund' from the list. This will allow you to use 'store credit' on the site to shop and place an exchange order.

 

3. If this is an exchange, use the pre-paid shipping label that is given to you during the exchange/returns process. Send the product(s) back to us in their original packaging! Refunds you will be prompted to purchase a shipping label to send your product(s) back to us.

 

4. You'll get emails as soon as your return has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed and/or shipped.

What is your return policy?

We aim to provide an online shopping experience that is as seamless as shopping in person. With this in mind, our Returns Policy is straightforward. You can return any product as long as it is unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it – free from deodorant marks, pet hair, stretched fabric, damaged velcro, etc. Additionally, all apparel must be unwashed. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

How do I return or exchange my order?

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the TuffWraps Exchange & Returns page and complete the online form. After selecting the item(s) you wish to exchange, you can use our pre-paid shipping label to send your package back to us. For returns, a shipping and handling fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. We'll notify you once your refund has been processed or your requested exchange item has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at sales@tuffwraps.com.

Why am I being charged for my return?

The $8.95 fee covers the cost of providing you with a pre-paid return shipping label. However, you have the option to use your preferred shipping service to return the item to our warehouse. If you choose this method, we strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number for your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit when using your own shipping service. Please include your order number or a copy of your confirmation email inside the package to ensure we credit the correct payment method.

Do I get a refund of my intial shipping charge with returns?

Please note that shipping charges incurred for the initial delivery of the product are non-refundable. This policy is in place because our shipping carriers do not issue refunds directly to TuffWraps.

I want to return my product, but I got free shipping. Will I be charged for the shipping cost?

If you received free shipping on your original order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total. Although the shipping was listed as "free" at checkout, there is a non-refundable shipping and handling charge associated with every order. This charge covers the costs of processing, packaging, and delivering your order, which are fees that we pay to the shipping carriers and pass on to the customer. We are unable to get a refund on these shipping fees from the carriers, so the non-refundable cost must be deducted from your refund.

 

Therefore, when you return an item, the non-refundable shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount you receive for the product itself. We appreciate your understanding regarding this non-refundable charge, as we cannot recover the shipping fees that were paid to the carriers for your original order.

How do I get a return label?

At TuffWraps your return shipping label will be available once you process the exchange/return at TuffWraps Exchange & Returns.

What if I placed an order outside the USA?

For International, FPO, or APO customers who purchased from the United States website, please use your own pre-paid shipping label to return the items to the United States. Include a note inside the package indicating whether you would like to receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
