30-Day Return Policy
Most products purchased directly from TuffWraps.com are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt before a refund or exchange is approved.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Exceptions may be made for products that arrive defective, damaged, or contain a manufacturing error.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please submit an exchange request through our Returns & Exchanges Portal:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping label costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your shipping address is located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive an acknowledgement by email.
Customers have fourteen (14) days from the date of withdrawal to return the goods.
In accordance with Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label may be provided through the withdrawal portal, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days of receiving your withdrawal request or, if later, once the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal rights where permitted by law, including personalized products, digital products, perishable goods, and sealed personal-use items that are not suitable for return once opened.
