Excluded Items from All Promotions

At TUFF, we believe in straight talk—and that includes our discount policy.

Not all products are eligible for discounts. Every promotion we run includes built-in exclusions, and some items are permanently excluded. If a discount code doesn't work at checkout, it means one or more items in your cart aren't eligible for that offer.

Below is a list of commonly excluded items. This isn’t exhaustive—other products may also be excluded depending on the promotion.

Additional Exclusions

• Not Seeing the Discount Apply? If a code doesn't work, the item is excluded. No need to guess—our system automatically prevents codes from applying to ineligible items.

• Unlisted Exclusions: Some new drops, limited editions, or collabs may not appear above but still be excluded. Always check product pages and promotion terms.

• Flash Sales & Special Events: These may carry their own rules and exclusions. Refer to each offer’s details for specifics.

• Shipping & Taxes: Discounts don’t apply to shipping charges, tax, or extra service fees unless explicitly stated.

Important Notes

• One Discount Per Order: Only one promotion or code can be used per order. Offers can’t be stacked.

• Minimum Purchase Requirements: Some promotions require a minimum subtotal. Read the fine print on the offer.

• Returns & Refunds: If you return a discounted item, your refund reflects the price paid after the discount.

• Expiration Dates: All codes have expiration dates. Once expired, codes can’t be applied—even to previously excluded items that later become eligible.
