Use a soft measuring tape, measure around your tummy where your weight belt would sit. NOT your waist where your trousers sit. Please do not suck your stomach in and keep everything relaxed when measuring.

RECOMMENDATIONS: If you are in-between sizes, please go up a size. Ex. If you measure 36", we recommend you choose a Large.

well made , but be careful when measuring for size , as i measured around my waist but belt sits lower to the front when on so i got size wrong bit too big . but seems to be good belt.

Probably one of the best if not the best leather belts that I’ve purchased. Very secure and a lot of support that I need in my lifts.
Bought this when my car was stolen (all my gear in bag in boot). Fit is great, looks the dogs b******s when on and most important gives great support and a sense of security for my old back.
