    Late delivery/confusion as to whos delivering them

    All items came eventually, took a while for them to arrive and also there was no notification fron the delivery company that they were out for delivery or had been delivered. Some confusion as to who was delivering them as it was meant to be DHL but then evri delivered them.....other than that the products are great

    We also want to sincerely apologize for the confusion and delays with your delivery. Since your order shipped from our USA warehouse, it gets handed over to a local courier once it reaches the UK, and unfortunately that can sometimes create unexpected changes with who delivers the parcel. We’re equally as frustrated with the courier system and genuinely wish we had more control over that part of the process.

    That said, we’re relieved everything made it safely to you in the end, and we’re grateful for your patience throughout the process.
